At Peshkash, we want you to love your shawl as much as we loved crafting it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the day your order arrives.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, email us at info@peshkash.eu. Once approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

2.Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

4. No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.

5. EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped within the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

6.Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
